It's always such an honor when a fellow photographer wants me to take their photos! Emily and I had been following each other on instagram for a while after connecting through our love of Moab, so when she reached out to me about taking some headshots/portraits of her in the Moab area I was so psyched! A photographer herself, she told me she was much more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it so she was a bit nervous about the session. Once we got out there and started shooting we were having so much fun and such great conversation that the nerves were forgotten and she absolutely killed it! I absolutely love how well her olive colored dress complemented the surrounding desert environment. Like all good photo sessions, we capped it off with some drinks at the local bar and enjoyed swapping adventure stories and gushing over our love of Moab.
